Declan Rice joined Tubes and Ange at Kingswood Golf & Country Club for nine holes of golf that showed a side of the West Ham captain that you might not have seen before.

The West Ham midfielder discussed his new role leading The Hammers after replacing the departed Mark Noble and what is involved in being a Premier League captain.

He discussed his continued love of golf and the improvements he's made this they last played together on the channel two years ago which you'll see in one of his monster drives, and he also shares the latest addition to his garden - a putting green.

There were obviously also plenty of laughs along the way as well including his best Spiderman impression, all the usual golf-related puns and a little surprise on the final hole that had Tubes and Ange falling about in a fit of laughter.
